I wanted to share my experience in working with Syringa Home Inspections. The website is very comprehensive and easy to understand the pricing and expected output from the inspection. After booking and selecting an appointment, I received a timely acknowledgment and confirmation directly from the owner. Mr Anderson arrived promptly and performed an exhaustive inspection, looking at the entire house as a system. His report was finished that evening and sent electronically so I could review privatley. Cliff then followed up with a phone call the next morning and we were able to collaborativrly review the report and clarify any priority findings along with conveying recommendations for correction. I really appreciated the thoroughness of his inspection and his knowledge of legacy systems for a house in an unincorporated area.
