ABOUT SYRINGA HOME INSPECTIONS

Syringa Home Inspections is locally owned and operated by Cliff Anderson, a lifelong Idaho resident with deep roots in the Gem State. Cliff was born and raised in Sandpoint and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Idaho in 1994.
With a strong background in home exteriors, Cliff owned and operated a successful siding business in the Treasure Valley from 1998 to 2009. After spending several years in the corporate world, a career shift in 2024 inspired him to return to his entrepreneurial roots—and Syringa Home Inspections was born, named after Idaho’s state flower.
Cliff is passionate about helping homeowners make informed decisions through reliable, honest inspections. He lives in Boise with his wife Leslie, a talented kitchen designer and owner of Defined Designs. Together, they are proud parents of two sons—one currently attending Boise State University and the other a student at Timberline High School.
